Honeycomb Slanting Tube Packing

Main material of inclined tube packing;PP Polypropylenestyrene-butadiene copolymerPVCFRP, stainless steel. Suitable for sand removal at inlet, sedimentation of domestic and industrial water supply, wastewater sedimentation, oil separation, and tailings concentration treatment. Both new construction projects and the renovation of existing ponds can achieve ideal operational effects.
Tapered Tube Packing Performance
1. The wetted perimeter of the inclined tube is large, and the hydraulic radius is small.
2. The slanted tube maintains a good laminar flow state, ensuring particle sedimentation is not disturbed by turbulence.
3. When the inclined tube length is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons/m³·hr. V0 is controlled within the range of 2.5-3 mm/sec, resulting in the best water quality output.
4. The glass fiber honeycomb slanting pipe is used at the intake, and when the pipe length is 2.0-3.0 meters, it can safely operate and process in high turbidity water with a sediment content of 50-100 kg/m³.
5. Utilizing inclined tube sedimentation tanks, which offer a treatment capacity 3-5 times that of horizontal flow sedimentation tanks, and 2-3 times that of clarifying ponds and pulsating clarifiers.
Features of Slanted Tube Filler
1. The honeycomb inclined tube treatment efficiency exceeds the activated sludge process, with a general hydraulic load of 100-200 m³/m²·day and an organic load of 2000-5000 g/m³, thus reducing the land area required.
2. Aeration intensity is lower than that of the activated sludge process, and sludge回流 is not required, thus reducing energy consumption and simplifying management.
3. Sloped pipes effectively reduce sludge volume, minimizing the workload for sludge dewatering and subsequent treatment.
4. The sludge settled well in the inclined tube, which is beneficial for the removal of suspended solids in the subsequent stage.
5. The inclined tube has high adaptability, capable of accommodating a wide range of water qualities, and exhibits strong resistance to sudden changes in water quality and volume, maintaining consistent treatment performance.
6. The slanting pipe will generally not cause blockages as long as it is scientifically managed in operation and regularly flushed and drained.
