Modified Fiber Bead

Modified fiber sphere filter media/filler undergoes modification, altering the molecular structure and reorganizing to form stable molecular clusters. This achieves amphiphobic and hydrophobic characteristics: the modified fiber sphere is hydrophobic and oleophilic in static (filtering) and hydrophilic and oleophobic in dynamic (backwashing) conditions. Suitable for use in oil field, oil refining plant oily wastewater, and industrial organic wastewater treatment.

1. Acid and alkali-resistant, corrosion-resistant; oil-containing wastewater is oil-attracting and water-repellent.

1. Modified fiber spheres have a fine diameter and a large specific surface area.

3. The filter layer has a good pore structure; during operation, the porosity of the filter layer gradually decreases in the direction of water flow, forming a top-large-to-bottom-small pore distribution on the filter material, with strong interception and excellent filtration effect.
