① Principle of Operation
The powder-liquid siphon-type homogenizing pump operates on the principle of using a special stator and rotor to generate high-speed rotation shearing and liquid flow, creating a vacuum that continuously and uniformly introduces the powder into the rapidly flowing liquid. Through high-speed shearing, the powder is instantly uniformly dispersed and mixed within the liquid phase. Since the liquid and powder do not come into contact before mixing, only in the instant before mixing, the powder is introduced into the liquid flow in a dispersed state, effectively achieving the process requirements for powder and liquid mixing, dispersion, and homogenization, preventing agglomeration and secondary agglomeration as well as sedimentation. The solid-liquid mixing homogenizing pump has strong mixing and conveying capabilities. Depending on the characteristics of the material and the user's requirements, the solid-liquid concentration ratio can be increased to about 70%.
The liquid-liquid siphon homogenizing pump optimizes and simplifies the production process for difficult-to-mix materials, ensuring that the product achieves uniform slurry quality with stable consistency, no powder lumps, and no adhering to walls after online mixing. For classifying mixed powders or liquids, batch-wise classification automatic metering and circulation mixing can be employed. This mixing technology not only achieves continuous online blending of ingredients but also synchronizes processes like homogenization and emulsification in the pipeline; it not only eliminates cross-contamination from dust generation between ingredients, eliminating the need for traditional auxiliary environmental protection facilities, but also reduces the labor intensity for workers in the blending area, achieving an excellent hygienic environment in the blending workshop.

③ Technical Specifications

By promoting continuous circulation, the mixing, homogenization, dispersion, emulsification, crushing, and dissolution processes are all completed synchronously under online sealed conditions, thereby enhancing production efficiency.

④ Important Notes
Before turning on the machine, it is mandatory to inject coolant into the liquid injection port of the mechanical seal device, and allow the coolant to exit from the opposite liquid outlet (injection pressure is generally 0-0.2MPa). Ensure that there are no impurities in the injected liquid to avoid affecting the service life of the seal. It is prohibited to test the motor's forward and reverse rotation or operate the equipment without passing the coolant. Dry friction of the seal due to lack of coolant will cause immediate damage, and damage to the seal caused by insufficient coolant is not covered under the warranty.
Two: During equipment operation, it is prohibited for materials to contain hard impurities such as "nails, slag, and debris" that are difficult to shear, from entering the working cavity. The gap between the cavity's rotor and stator is precision-matched. If hard impurities are sheared, it can easily misalign or deform the cutting edges of the rotor and stator, causing the equipment to seize and fail to operate. Therefore, a filter screen should be added at the feeding port to prevent hard impurities from entering the cavity. The feeding and discharging method of the equipment: "horizontal feeding, vertical discharging, and 45-degree angle for absorbing powder material."
Three: Regularly inspect and maintain that the connecting bolts of all components are not loose, manually rotate the coupling section, and ensure the rotation force is even.

If any issues are found, immediately disconnect the power source, inspect for any collisions between the rotor and stator inside the working cavity, or for damaged bearings within the bearing housing, until the fault is resolved before restarting the operation.
Four: When the equipment is not in use for an extended period, clean any residual materials from the working cavity and maintain the pump components. Disconnect the power source and take moisture-proof measures for the "motor, power supply, and mechanical parts" of the equipment.
