Venturi喷射式混合器的 design and basic application process
The jet mixer is primarily composed of the nozzle, receiving chamber, mixing chamber, and diffuser chamber, as shown in Figure 2.1-1.
Two basic processes are typically used in the acidic and alkaline washing process, as shown in Figure 2.1-2 a) and b). Figure 2.1-2 a) depicts the recirculating process, while Figure 2.1-2 b) shows the single-pass process. Refineries generally employ the recirculating process more frequently during the alkaline washing of oil products.
Equipment Installation, Operation, and Maintenance:
1. When in use, open the valves on the inlet and outlet pipes of the jet pump to allow high-pressure water into the pump. Then, open the chemical inlet valve and adjust its flow rate to achieve the desired concentration at the pump's outlet.
2. A hydrostatic test must be conducted after installation to ensure the quality of the installation.
3. The outer diameter of the pipeline connecting to the nozzle should not be smaller than the nominal diameter of the nozzle's corresponding connection.
