Homogenizing Emulsifier Performance Features
The machine is suitable for liquid-liquid and liquid-solid mixed shearing emulsification.
● Blade structure, suitable for heavier materials that tend to settle.
Claw structure, suitable for lighter suspended materials.
● Application Condition 1: Atmospheric Pressure Operating Environment.
● Application Condition 2: Pressurized or vacuum operating environment.
* Round Hole Stator Head: Suitable for general mixing or coarse grinding, the circular openings on this head provide excellent circulation among all stators, achieving perfect circulation for fluids of higher viscosity.
*Long-hole stator head: The long hole provides a larger area for surface shearing, suitable for rapid crushing of medium solid particles and mixing of medium viscosity liquids. Good circulation and high shearing ability indicate that this head can be applied in emulsification and homogenization scenarios.
* Assembled Stator Heads: The assembled stator with perforated fine mesh screens offers a greater potential for shearing action. The combination stator head can effectively meet strict emulsification requirements or the suspension of fine powders. It is suitable for blending low-viscosity liquids, with the highest shear rate, ideal for making emulsions and for the粉碎 and dissolution of small particles in liquids.

Working Principle
Under the drive of the motor, the high-speed rotating rotor draws the material from the bottom of the container into the rotor zone, where it undergoes intense mixing, homogenization, and emulsification. The material is then forced through the precise clearance between the stator and the rotor, and ejected out of the stator holes.
Subject to intense mechanical and hydraulic shearing forces, particles and liquid droplets are crushed and torn apart. Concurrently, new material is drawn into the rotor center, while the expelled material changes direction at the container wall, thereby completing a cycle.

Jet-flow homogenizing emulsifier features
The high-speed rotating rotor drives the liquid flow, which, under the action of the flow channel, generates a strong downward vertical liquid circulation. The liquid in the container begins to circulate as a whole, achieving macroscopic mixing. On the other hand, the high-speed rotating rotor can produce the necessary shear turbulence for microscopic mixing, and these liquids, after microscopic mixing, are dispersed throughout the container along with the overall liquid flow. All the liquid in the container can be thoroughly emulsified and mixed, which is completely different from the mixing method of traditional mixers. Microscopic mixing can be seen as the smallest particle size of the material mixed in small batches, and it achieves the processing result of emulsification and mixing. Macroscopic mixing can be seen as the overall mixing of the material in the container without dead spots.

Emulsifying Machine at the Bottom of the Cauldron Performance Features
Working Principle

The emulsifying machine's installation flange corresponds to the reaction emulsifying kettle flange seat, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
Emulsifier Light-duty Frame
Suited for simple operations in multiple open-top containers, capable of independently completing processes such as mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, and reacting on different containers. During the intervals between batches of material processing, thorough cleaning can be performed. Processing capacity ranges from 30 liters to 1000 liters, with power varying from 1.1 kW to 7.5 kW.
