Equipment Performance
1. Utilizing a PLC control core, equipped with an imported variable-frequency inverter, terminal control is achieved through a touch screen human-machine interface or fully automatic computer operation.
2. Strong corrosion resistance; all components are selected from high-end products domestically and internationally.
3. Asphalt pumps utilize insulated rotor transfer pumps or triple-screw pumps.
4. Pneumatic solenoid valves use Shanghai fluorine-lined valves, and the position senders use imported coils.
5. The liquid pump uses a branded special pump, and the emulsifier tank and latex tank are made of imported stainless steel.
6. High-speed shear emulsifying pump, fineness up to 0.5-1um (can save 10-15% of additives compared to the main unit of the same product with straight teeth)
7. The heat recovery system utilizes a domestic brand 316L stainless steel plate heat exchanger, offering high heat exchange and cooling efficiency, and is non-corrosive.
8. Multi-functional machine capable of producing high viscosity modified asphalt emulsions and asphalt emulsions, with a solid content of over 68%.
9. Overall portable lifting design, quick installation.
10. Custom rainproof canopies for equipment can be designed according to different customer requirements.
11. Dynamic measurement ensures the asphalt and emulsion are output in a stable ratio, guaranteeing the quality of modified emulsion asphalt products.
