The explosion-proof oven BGX-490 is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, oil and chemical industries, production, scientific research in colleges and universities, research laboratories, and related fields such as paint and coatings.


Product Features:

1. The electrical control system employs a combination of explosion-proof, intrinsically safe, and encased-type explosion prevention technologies. The operating switches are passive switches that do not generate any electric sparks during operation, ensuring safe and reliable use. Sensors are externally equipped with a zener safety barrier for explosion-proof isolation.

2. Explosion-proof digital temperature controller (imported) features a menu-driven operation interface, easy to operate and use, with a microcomputer PID control system for precise temperature control with minimal fluctuations.

3. Features temperature calibration, over-temperature alarm, timer setting, power-on recovery, and parameter memory.

4. Built-in over-temperature protection; power will automatically shut off when the temperature exceeds a certain level.

5. The insulation material between the studio and the outer box is glass fiber insulation, with an increased insulation layer for excellent heat retention and reduced heat loss from the inner lining.

6. The box door and door frame are sealed with a material that is heat-resistant, anti-aging, and has excellent sealing performance, enhancing thermal power.

7. The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate with advanced coating technology, the inner lining features a 304 stainless steel design with rounded corners for easy cleaning, and the shelf spacing inside the box is adjustable.

8. The product meets IIB grade standards and is suitable for hazardous areas with explosive gases in temperature groups T2, T3, T4, with explosion-proof classification up to Exdia IIBT4, inner case IICT4. The product has passed inspection by a certified explosion-proof testing station and holds a valid explosion-proof certificate.
