The explosion-proof oven BGX-490 is suitable for: mainly used for drying various powders, surface coatings of products, drying of detonator products in enterprises, aging tests of components, biological products, etc.

Product Features:

1. The electrical control system employs a combination of explosion-proof technologies, including flameproof, intrinsically safe, and encapsulation types. The operating switches are passive, ensuring no electrical sparks are generated during operation, making it safe and reliable. Sensors are externally equipped with a zinc oxide varistor for explosion-proof isolation.

2. Explosion-proof digital temperature controller (imported) features a menu-style operation interface, simple and user-friendly operation, microcomputer PID control system, with precise temperature control and minimal fluctuations.

3. Features temperature compensation, over-temperature alarm, timer setting, power-on recovery, and parameter memory.

4. Built-in over-temperature protection; power automatically cuts off when the temperature exceeds a certain level.

5. The studio and outer casing are insulated with glass fiber material, featuring an increased insulation layer for excellent thermal insulation and reduced heat loss from the inner lining.

6. The box door and door frame are sealed with a material that is heat-resistant, anti-aging, and has excellent sealing performance, enhancing thermal power.

7. The exterior is made of cold-rolled steel plate with advanced coating technology, the inner lining is 304 stainless steel with rounded corners for easy cleaning, and the shelf spacing inside the box is adjustable.

8. The product meets IIB grade standards and is suitable for hazardous areas with explosive gases in temperature groups T2, T3, T4. The explosion-proof grade reaches Exdia IIBT4, with the inner shell rated at IICT4. The product has passed inspection by a certified explosion-proof testing station and holds a valid explosion-proof certificate.

9. The 485 communication interface, along with available computers and printers, records temperature and time, ensuring robust data storage and playback during the testing process. (Optional)
