Product Application Range:
Explosion-proof high-temperature ovens are suitable for: mainly used for drying various powders, surface coatings of products, drying of blasting cap products in enterprises, aging tests of components, biological products, etc.
Explosion-proof high-temperature oven application fields: Used in industrial and mining enterprises, oil and chemical production, colleges and universities' scientific research, research laboratories, and related fields such as paint and coatings.
Explosion-proof high-temperature oven features:
1. The electrical control system utilizes composite explosion-proof technologies such as flameproof, intrinsically safe, and encapsulated types. The operating switches are passive switches that do not generate any electrical sparks during operation, ensuring safe and reliable use. Sensors are isolated for explosion-proof purposes via a safety barrier.
2. Explosion-proof Digital Temperature Controller (Import) features a menu-style operation interface, easy to use and operate, with a microcomputer PID control system for precise temperature control with minimal fluctuations.
3. Features temperature compensation, over-temperature alarm, timer setting, power-on recovery, and parameter memory.
4. Built-in over-temperature protection; power will automatically shut off when the temperature exceeds a certain level.
5. The insulation material between the studio and the outer casing is glass fiber, with a thicker insulating layer for excellent thermal insulation and reduced heat loss from the inner lining.
6. The box door and side frame are sealed with high-quality materials, which are heat-resistant, aging-resistant, and enhance thermal power.
7. Explosion-proof centrifugal fan with forced convection, quick heating, dry hot air passes directly over the heated object, drying rate is 50% higher than that of a regular oven.
8. The housing is made of cold-rolled steel plate with advanced coating technology, featuring a 304 stainless steel inner lining with rounded corners for easy cleaning. The shelf spacing inside the box is adjustable.
9. The product meets IIB standard and is suitable for hazardous areas with explosive gases in temperature groups T2, T3, T4. The explosion-proof grade reaches Exdia IIB T4, inner shell IICT4. The product has passed inspection by a national explosion-proof testing station and holds a national explosion-proof certification.
10. The 485 communication interface, available with computers and printers to record temperature and time, ensures robust data storage and playback during the testing process. (Optional)
