    Common ultra-low temperature explosion-proof refrigerators include those with -40°C, -60°C, and -80°C temperatures. The repair and working principles of these ultra-low temperature explosion-proof refrigerators are similar, as are those for explosion-proof ovens. When power is connected, if the temperature displayed on the panel is higher than the set temperature, the stage compressor is initially activated, followed by the stage refrigeration system starting to work. This causes the condenser temperature of the secondary refrigeration system to decrease, meaning the temperature of the refrigerant in the secondary system drops.

    The low-temperature system is also equipped with an air heat exchanger, allowing the low-pressure gas exiting the evaporator to exchange heat with the high-pressure gas entering the condensing evaporator. This not only reduces the heat load of the condensing evaporator but also maximizes heat utilization. Filters commonly use dewaxing filters, the purpose of which is to effectively remove paraffin from the refrigeration oil, thereby reducing the likelihood of system "oil clogging."

    Electrical Leak

    If you experience a tingling sensation like an electric shock when touching the outer shell of a low-temperature explosion-proof refrigerator, the refrigerator is experiencing a leakage of electricity. The reasons are as follows:

    Compressor Leaking Electricity: The electric leakage in compressors is usually due to the aging and shedding of the insulation layer of the motor winding in explosion-proof refrigerators, which have been in use for a long time, leading to the leakage.

    2. Moisture-Proof Wire Leaking: Due to the long service life of the moisture-proof wire, after power is connected, the overload protection relay frequently switches on and off, causing the compressor to fail to start, the cabinet to become electrified, and a tingling sensation upon manual contact.

    3. Poor grounding or loose connections, leading to inadequate grounding and electrical leakage.
