1. Integrated mold vulcanization. An integrated mold is suitable for smaller-sized inflatable seals or those with stringent requirements for product appearance and quality standards. The inflatable seals produced by an integrated mold are superior in both design and compressive strength. However, if the size is larger, the difficulty level increases significantly, leading to a substantial rise in mold costs, and secondly, longer working cycles and higher costs on large and medium-sized presses.

2. The segmented forming sulfur is particularly suitable for diameters that are relatively long and have specific bending angle requirements. In areas where the inflatable sealing rings must make turns, there are special angles that must be used during the production process, necessitating the use of angle molds.
