Air-filled sealing rings are actually quite easy to understand. When people mention sealing rings, they often think of O-rings, those large silicone rings. So, air-filled sealing rings are quite similar; their principle is to achieve airtightness by allowing the convex surfaces to touch.

You can imagine an inflatable seal as a "non-mainstream girl's seal ring." Unlike O-rings, the cross-sectional shapes of inflatable seals are diverse, with a variety of hollow designs. Most inflatable seals require closed-loop control, which creates a hollow structure. Subsequently, a valve is installed at a point, offering a wide range of styles, from metal to plastic. The purpose is to allow both inflation and deflation of the inflatable seal.

The composition of this small and medium-sized inflation seal is similar, with an inner hollow modified to include a gas nozzle. The difference lies in the manufacturing process. Due to the small size and strict shape requirements of the inflation seal, it cannot use the same joint processing technology as large and medium-sized inflation seals. Small and medium-sized inflation seals often use a solid rubber molding process, which results in a seal that is not only more refined in appearance.
