1. This design employs a sprocket-driven chain system, with the conveying chain's contact points equipped with bearings, ensuring smooth, uniform operation with no slipping or vibration when paired with the right track. Speed is adjustable from 0 to 10 meters per minute. The chain's operating speed can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the painted parts to enhance productivity.

2. The self-turning system utilizes chain-driven rotation, ensuring consistent rotation speed in the self-turning area, which guarantees uniformity and stability of the coating effect. Due to the chain-driven rotation, there is no residue from belt wear, preventing the equipment from generating its own contamination.

3. Electrostatic dust removal system, imported high-voltage electrostatic generator, ion air nozzles with mechanical up/down and forward/backward adjustment, adaptable to varying product sizes, combined with the self-rotation of the workpiece, ensuring dust removal without dead corners.

4. Precision-molded in one step, with high concentricity and no vibration during rotation.
