Many friends are asking about the application scope of waste gas treatment equipment? You'll know after hearing the introduction from Linyi Waste Gas Treatment Company.
This technology utilizes activated carbon fiber as an absorbent material, potentially recovering high-quality organic solvents and organic gas effluents. The recovery rate of organic substances in the effluent exceeds the standard. It is widely applied in the recovery of organic solvents such as alkanes, alkenes, aromatics, halogenated hydrocarbons, ketones, aldehydes, and alcohols, produced during various processes of waste gas treatment. It also recovers and controls gases generated during the process of organic waste management, filling the gaps in other intermittent operations.
2. Key Technical Indicators and Key Technical Points -- Waste Gas Treatment Equipment
The technology utilizes activated carbon fiber, which offers excellent selectivity in absorbing organic matter. As organic waste gases pass through the layer of active carbon fibers, the organic substances in the gas are absorbed and intercepted by the activated carbon fibers, while nitrogen and oxygen are purified and emitted. When a certain amount of organic matter is adsorbed onto the activated carbon fibers, it is desorbed and regenerated into water vapor. The desorbed active carbon fibers, along with the water vapor, are directed to a condenser where they are indirectly condensed into a liquid. This liquid then flows into the recovery storage tank. Since the boiling point of the organic substances is lower than the cooling temperature, the water vapor condenses and can be sent to a gas holder for recovery. The desorbed and regenerated active carbon fibers can be reused in the absorption process.
Key Technical Indicators:
Over 98% recovery rate of organic matter from separation purification and waste gas: Dual absorption flow rate: over 95%; Triple absorbent flow rate: applicable waste gas discharge volume: 102-104 cubic meters per hour
