    Many gas stations are now required to undergo vapor recovery retrofits to meet vapor recovery standards and better capture vapor emissions. However, after the retrofit, many stations have reported issues, typically including the following points, which we will explore below. 1. During fueling, the fuel dispenser produces noise, and after refueling, a "hissing" leak can be heard inside the dispenser, which can last for a while, becoming more noticeable with longer continuous fueling times. This issue arises due to a leak at the fuel recovery pump connection, usually caused by the inability of the oil vapor to return to the tank, known as liquid resistance. 2. After a period of use following the vapor recovery retrofit, the fueling station's vapor recovery pump becomes increasingly noisy, and the motor and pump head heat up after prolonged operation, eventually leading to damage. This situation is generally due to high liquid resistance. By opening the pump's return pipe connection, the pump noise immediately decreases, indicating a liquid resistance issue. Such instances are not uncommon, including issues with gas pipeline resistance in fueling stations, all of which are caused during construction. It is more麻烦 to make corrections later, and doing so while the pipeline already contains fuel (gas) increases the risk significantly. Therefore, gas station retrofits require professional companies, and the retrofit process must be meticulous and detail-oriented to ensure a successful transformation without affecting future use. In fact, this is an issue of national awareness. The fundamental purpose of vapor recovery is to protect the environment and make gas stations more environmentally friendly. Moreover, recovered vapor can be processed into oil and stored. However, many gas station owners only perform vapor recovery to pass inspections, misunderstanding the purpose. How can one emphasize the importance of it with the wrong awareness? Currently, vapor recovery in China is not yet mature, and the future vapor recovery systems will need to be equipped with online monitoring systems. If an abnormality in the vapor recovery system is detected beyond a certain range, the system will be strongly shut down. However, due to the public's awareness, there may be resistance to monitoring systems. The fundamental solution to this problem is to address the people's ideological awareness. 1. Components include the fuel tank, activated carbon tank, carbon electromagnetic valve, vapor pipeline, etc. 2. The working process involves the ECU, cleaning the electromagnetic valve, and the intake manifold drawing in fuel vapor. Between the fuel tank and the activated carbon tank, there is a fuel vapor pipe and a one-way valve. When the fuel vapor in the fuel tank exceeds a certain pressure, the one-way valve is ejected into the activated carbon tank through the steam pipe, where the activated carbon absorbs the fuel vapor. During engine operation, the electromagnetic valve controlled by the ECU is installed in the intake pipe between the activated carbon tank and the intake manifold. Based on the throttle position sensor, coolant temperature sensor, and air temperature sensor signals, the ECU controls the opening or closing of the electromagnetic valve, which in turn controls the opening and closing of the intake channel between the activated carbon tank and the intake manifold. When the engine is idling or the temperature is low, the electromagnetic valve is de-energized, and the intake channel is closed, preventing the fuel vapor in the activated carbon tank from being drawn into the intake manifold.
