Black film anaerobic biogas digester, HDPE black film anaerobic biogas digester. Its principle of producing biogas is the same as that of traditional biogas digesters, utilizing the HDPE film's waterproofing and leakage prevention characteristics. A layer of HDPE waterproofing membrane is laid in the excavated pit. According to the requirements of the anaerobic fermentation process, inlets and outlets, sludge extraction pipes, and biogas collection pipes are installed inside the pit. The top of the pit is then sealed with an HDPE waterproofing membrane, anchored by a fixed trench around the perimeter, creating an integrated anaerobic fermentation space.
