Hydraulic Scissor Lift Structure and Installation Matters

Due to the above features of the hydraulic lifting elevator, the number of users selecting hydraulic elevators has been increasing in recent years. However, how to properly install a hydraulic elevator to ensure safety and longevity of the equipment is a question that often arises. Below, we explore several key points for understanding this.

Hydraulic freight elevator structure:

The main components of the hydraulic lifting goods elevator include: the cargo platform, lifting guide rails, hydraulic cylinders, lifting sheaves (hoist frame), chains, steel wires, and hydraulic pump station. The materials used for these components vary according to the different load capacity and lifting height of the hydraulic elevator.

Loading Platform Installation: It should actually be referred to as how the loading platform should be positioned during equipment installation. The loading platform should be placed horizontally at the installation location and temporarily secured to the embedded components in the pit (if there are no embedded components, expansion bolts should be used to secure the iron plate before the equipment is installed, with the running guide rails installed on the iron plate and welded to ensure stability). The distance for placing the loading platform should be 30mm or less from the edge of the upper and lower goods openings.

The installation of lifting and lowering guide rails: The rails should be vertically mounted on both sides of the cargo platform, welded to the pre-buried iron plate, 3mm away from the cargo platform, and close to the running wheels of the cargo platform. The rails should be fixed at each opening of the working layer. A connecting rod should be spaced 2 meters apart between each pair of guide rails. An additional well frame should also be constructed between each layer (if installed inside a shaft, the spacing between the guide rail and the wall should be 2 meters).

Hydraulic Cylinder Installation: Mount in the center of two guide rails, ensuring no tilt, vertically positioned, to guarantee smooth extension and retraction of the cylinder's piston.

Hoist Installation: Installed at the top of the oil cylinder, connected to the cargo platform with a chain. Parallel to the chain, a同步钢丝绳 is used for protection, preventing chain breakage and allowing temporary牵引 to lower the cargo.

Hydraulic Pump Station Installation: Simply place it next to the hydraulic elevator. If installed outdoors, a sun and rain protective cover is required.
