Hydraulic Elevator Manufacturer: Operation Procedures for Hydraulic Elevating Platforms

1. The lifting platform must undergo 1-3 empty runs before it can be loaded for operation.

The load's center of gravity should be as close as possible to the workbench's center of gravity.

Do not arbitrarily adjust the overflow valve. Each component in the hydraulic system operates under specified pressure. Any arbitrary adjustment of the overflow valve may cause the hydraulic system to operate abnormally, resulting in unnecessary damage to personnel, machinery, and objects.

4. Hydraulic Elevator Manufacturer: All lifting platforms have been inspected and tuned before shipment, with all technical specifications meeting design requirements. Simply plug in the power source for operation; no adjustments are needed for the hydraulic and electrical systems.

5. Prior to use, the platform must undergo a thorough inspection of the hydraulic and electrical systems, and may only be operated after ensuring there are no leaks or exposed parts.

During maintenance under the work platform, it is necessary to hoist and support the platform to prevent the lifting platform from suddenly dropping, which could cause injury or harm to personnel.

Hydraulic Lift Manufacturer: Non-specialists are prohibited from arbitrarily disassembling electrical appliances to prevent electric shocks or incorrect connections.

8. Prior to any part of the hydraulic system, first release the pressure to prevent the oil from spraying out and the workbench from suddenly slipping down.
