How to Solve the Slow Elevating Speed of a Hydraulic Elevating Goods Lifter?
1. The hydraulic system of the hydraulic lift elevator can adjust the hydraulic flow rate by modifying the motor speed or the electro-hydraulic proportional valve. The longer the hydraulic oil pipe, the longer the lifting time. Under the condition that the operational requirements are met, try to compress the length of the hydraulic oil pipe as much as possible.
2. Inspect the hydraulic systems of elevators, lifting platforms, hydraulic elevating trucks, and other hydraulic lifting equipment, enhancing the rationality of the speed control circuit. When the load remains constant, the smaller the throttle valve's orifice area, the higher the system's ascending speed. Conversely, if the throttle valve's orifice area is larger, the ascending speed will be lower.
3. In cases where there is insufficient hydraulic oil or the return valve is not closed in the hydraulic lift platform, this can also result in the platform failing to lift or lacking lifting power. Simply replacing or cleaning the parts, and tightening the return valve, will resolve the issue.
Gear pump failure in the hydraulic lifting elevator can result in the output oil lacking pressure, thereby causing the lifting and lowering to be weak. This issue can be resolved by replacing the gear pump.
