The grouting process of hollow anchor bars

Hollow anchor grouting material should be used with pure cement slurry or a 1:1 cement mortar mixture, with a water-cement ratio of 0.4 to 0.5:1. When using cement mortar, the sand particle size should not exceed 1.0mm. First, push the grouting machine into the site and ensure its power source is properly connected. Mix the slurry according to the design specifications and pour it into the grouting machine. When starting the grouting machine, pour the slurry into the pores until it flows out of the end of the anchor, and the grouting pressure reaches the designed value.
Ensure the anchor hole is clear by checking with water or air. Adjust the hollow anchor rod's water flow meter to reach the designed water-cement ratio. The mortar exiting the pump must be uniform, without any intermittent or uneven patterns.
Ensure that the grouting pump and its accessories are complete and in good condition, and that the water-cement ratio or particle size, humidity, etc. of the cement slurry or cement mortar meet the design requirements. The grouting material should be灌入the hollow bolt through the central hole, and the nut can be tightened after the strength of the cementitious body reaches 5.0MPa.
Remove the slurry joint, then inject into the next rod, and proceed with this step to inject all the anchor rods.
