Prior to starting, verify that all lubrication points on the air compressor are properly lubricated and that the compressor meets the operational requirements to prevent damage to the machinery.
Anchor rod processing materials use Φ25mm finished hollow grouted anchor rods. The rod must be straightened without any defects and free of oil, rust, and impurities. The rod diameter must be uniform and consistent. The processing length of each rod must not exceed ±1cm in error.
It is a combination of a standard anchor bolt and grouting pipe. The hollow anchor bolt's structure is self-explanatory, with a hollow center, facilitating pressure grouting. After inspection, a trial run is required before formal operation to prevent severe vibration and pipe blockages.
