UV-cured CIPP repair technology refers to a method that repairs pipeline without altering its position. First, a resin-soaked flexible hose is tightly fitted to the inner wall of the pipeline to be repaired by pulling and compressing air, or through a similar process. Then, taking advantage of the resin's UV curing property, an ultraviolet light is placed inside the inflated hose and controlled to move at a certain speed within the hose, gradually curing the hose from one end to the other, tightly adhering to the inner wall of the pipeline. This forms a hard "pipe within a pipe" structure, thereby repairing underground pipelines that have been damaged or lost their conveying function in place.

This method utilizes a UV-curing resin system, with the hose material being glass fiber. The inner lining, after curing, boasts high strength, corrosion resistance, and improves water flow conditions. The UV-CIPP has the following characteristics:
(1) No excavation required; overall repair of drainage pipes can be achieved by utilizing manholes, addressing structural defects such as cracks, misalignments, dislocations, root intrusion, and leaks. (2) The inner lining is smooth and continuous, with a thickness of 3-15mm, reducing the surface roughness of the pipe and enhancing its conveying capacity.
(3) The inner tube base material exhibits excellent toughness and high strength, with good wettability with the impregnated composite resin. After curing, the inner layer can achieve a curvature modulus of up to 12,000 MPa. The inner layer is tightly adhered to the original pipeline, effectively isolating the corrosive environment and providing leakproofing.
(4) Suitable for the repair of pipelines with diameters ranging from 200 to 1600mm.
(5) Short construction period (single segment curing in 3-5 hours), minimal environmental impact, no disruption to traffic, and high construction safety.
