Mechanical Jacking Pipe

Mechanical pipe jacking construction encompasses various construction methods, belonging to the non-excavation construction techniques, and is a pipeline burial technique that involves minimal or no excavation. Our company specializes in the NPD mud level balance pipe jacking technology, which fundamentally operates by pushing the pipeline forward under the action of the main jacking station (hydraulic pump station) from the starting point (working well) to the target well (receiving well). During the construction process, we initially use a mud level balance pipe jacking boring machine (abbreviated as jacking machine) to bore a hole. Driven by the main jacking device from the hydraulic pump station, the jacking machine is pushed out of the working well. The jacking machine's rotating cutter disc cuts through the soil, which then enters the jacking machine's mud slurry tank. A circulation water system composed of a feed pump, mud pump, and mud slurry pool (sedimentation pool) mixes the soil in the mud slurry tank, and the circulation water system transfers the mud slurry to the mud slurry pool. Through sedimentation and disposal, the mud removal process for the pipe jacking construction is completed.

Once the推进 distance meets the construction distance for installing a section of pipeline, retract the main crown, dismantle the inlet and outlet pipes of the pipe jacking machine, and various cables. Install the required jacking section pipeline, connect all water pipes and cables, and repeat the above jacking process until the pipe jacking machine enters the receiving well. Hoist the pipe jacking machine, dismantle the inlet and outlet pipes inside the pipeline, various cables, dismantle the grouting pipe and seal it, dismantle the work and the internal jacking equipment, completing the entire pipeline jacking construction.
