The enhanced steel pipe, with its reinforced skeleton and rubber layer bonded together with high-performance adhesive, overcomes the shortcomings of steel pipes, which are not wear-resistant despite their pressure resistance, and plastics and rubbers, which are wear-resistant but not pressure-resistant, as well as glass-reinforced plastics with poor impact resistance. It combines the common advantages of steel pipes and wear-resistant rubber, offering exceptional overall cost-performance.

High strength, high impact resistance

Rubber elastomers offer low density, lightweight properties, excellent vibration absorption, and superior resistance to mechanical impact. They feature high strength, rigidity, no creep, shock resistance, vibration resistance, strong water hammer resistance, ease of transportation, installation, and maintenance.

Wide temperature range adaptation

Desulfurization-lined rubber pipes can be used over a long period at temperatures ranging from -50°C to +150°C, with the rubber lining remaining securely bonded to the steel frame despite temperature fluctuations.

The enhanced skeleton steel pipes of the pipe material are bonded with the rubber layer using high-performance adhesives to form an integrated whole. 5. Our aging resistance performance is superior, with an average lifespan of over 15 years under normal pressure and temperature conditions (theoretical value). The pipeline should be rotated by nearly 90° after 6-8 years of use, which will further extend its lifespan. The lined pipe can be relined up to four times, reducing costs and shortening the production cycle, ensuring timely completion.
