

I. International Courier Terms
1. Senders should fill in the contents of the waybill item by item in detail, accurately, and truthfully when handing over express parcels.
2. The sender's name and address must be detailed and accurate, and a phone number should be provided whenever possible for timely contact in case of any issues with the package. Packages with recipient addresses that are only postal box numbers will not be accepted. The company assumes no responsibility for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete package addresses.
3. Cash and prohibited items such as hazardous materials, as listed by national laws and regulations, or items prohibited by the carrier for express delivery are not allowed to be included in parcels. The company assumes no responsibility for any losses caused by the sender's violation of the restrictions on prohibited or restricted items.
4. In accordance with the International Air Transport Association's regulations, when the volume weight of an item exceeds its actual weight, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the volume weight. The specific calculation formula is: length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm) / 5000 = volume weight (kg)
To ensure smooth customs clearance of express parcels, please provide a detailed and accurate declaration in English for the contents of the parcels (including documents) in the respective columns, including the name of the goods, quantity, weight, declared value, and country of origin. Additionally, any item-based express parcels must be accompanied by three copies of a commercial invoice filled out in English; failure to do so may result in delays in customs clearance.
6. Incorrect or incomplete addresses, or parcels containing prohibited items, will have the return shipping fees borne by the sender; if the sender does not require a return, the relevant parcels will be destroyed on-site.
7. Compensation Standards
For lost or completely destroyed commercial documents, compensation of 100 RMB per item is provided in accordance with international transportation terms, and the shipping fee for the said item will be refunded.
(2) For lost or completely destroyed item express parcels, each item is compensated at $100 USD according to international transportation terms, and the shipping fee for the said parcel is refunded, excluding those with additional insurance purchased.
(3) The Company shall not assume liability for compensation for force majeure or indirect losses.
II. Prohibited Items for Air Express Shipping
1. Valuables of inestimable value and easily lost items, such as: bills of exchange, domestic or foreign currency (cash), gold and silver jewelry, artificial jewelry, mobile phones, computers, and the like.
2. Items that threaten aviation flight safety include those that may harm human health and safety or cause damage to property during air transportation, as well as asbestos, industrial diamonds, etc. These primarily consist of various hazardous materials such as flammable and explosive substances, flammable liquids and gases, corrosives, toxins, highly acidic or alkaline substances, and radioactive materials, such as: batteries, alkaline battery fluid, lithium batteries, magnets not packaged with degaussing protection, matches, detonators, gunpowder, firecrackers, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, alcohol (both liquid and solid), paints, camphor oil, turpentine, adhesives, perfumes, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, organic solvents, pesticides, and other chemical products listed in the "Practical Handbook of Chemical Hazards" published by Chemical Industry Press.
3. Food items (fresh, meat products, pickled vegetables, beverage items, etc.), as well as any pharmaceuticals and potent poisons, anesthetics, and psychotropic substances, such as arsenic, opium, morphine, cocaine, heroin, cannabis, etc.; non-liquid powdered general food items can be shipped via EMS.
4. Items infringing on trademarks and other intellectual property rights, or items prohibited by national laws from circulation or shipment, such as cultural relics, weapons, and replicas of weapons. We do not accept counterfeit brand items or any brand items that cannot provide proof of origin.
Article 5: Importation of animals and plants prohibited by the Washington Treaty requires an export license issued by the relevant authority of the Treaty. Medicinal products, leather goods, and other products made from such animals and plants, as well as items prohibited by law or relevant departments, also require licenses as stipulated by the Washington Treaty.
6. Other prohibited items for air transportation include: items in white powder form, liquids, goods with dangerous labels on the outer packaging, audio-visual products without proof of publication from a national press and publication house (including CDs, VCDs), knives, durians, gas-powered torches, and any items related to the concept of "weapons" (including toys).
7. The aforementioned prohibited items apply to standard routes; liquid and powder non-hazardous chemicals can be shipped via the chemical products channel.
