Shippers should fill out the shipping documents in detail, accurately, and truthfully when handing over express parcels.
2. Sender's name and address must be detailed and accurate, and it is preferred to provide a phone number for timely contact in case of any issues with the package. Packages addressed only to a P.O. box will not be accepted. The company is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses on the package.
3. Cash, hazardous materials, and other prohibited or restricted items as listed by national laws and regulations, as well as items prohibited by the carrier for express delivery, are not allowed to be included in parcels. The company assumes no responsibility for any losses caused by the sender's violation of the regulations regarding prohibited or restricted items.
4. According to the International Air Transport Association's regulations, when the volume weight of a package exceeds its actual weight, the shipping fee will be charged based on the volume weight. The specific calculation formula is: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000 = Volume Weight (kg)
5. To ensure smooth customs clearance of express parcels, please provide detailed and accurate declarations in English in the relevant sections, including the description of items, quantity, weight, declared value, and country of origin of the contents (including documents). Additionally, any express parcels containing items should be accompanied by three copies of a commercial invoice filled out in English; failure to do so may result in delays in customs clearance.
6. In cases where express deliveries have incorrect or incomplete addresses, or contain prohibited items, the sender is responsible for the return shipping costs. If the sender does not require the item to be returned, the package will be destroyed on-site.
7. Compensation Standards
(1) For lost or completely destroyed commercial documents parcels, compensation of 100 RMB per item will be provided according to international transportation terms and conditions, and the shipping fee for the affected parcel will be refunded.
(2) For lost or completely destroyed items in express parcels, compensation of $100 per item is provided in accordance with international transportation terms and conditions, and the shipping fee for the said parcel is refunded, unless additional insurance has been purchased.
The Company shall not assume liability for damages arising from force majeure or indirect losses.
Part II: Prohibited Items for Air Logistics Transport
1. Valuable securities of inestimable value and easily lost items, such as: bills of exchange, domestic or foreign currency (cash), gold and silver jewelry, imitation jewelry, mobile phones, computers, etc.
2. Items posing a threat to aviation flight safety include those that may endanger human health and safety or cause damage to property during air transportation, such as asbestos, industrial diamonds, and various hazardous materials such as flammable and explosive substances, flammable liquids and gases, corrosive, toxic, highly acidic or alkaline, and radioactive materials. Examples include: batteries, alkaline battery liquids, lithium batteries, magnets without degaussing protective packaging, matches, detonators, gunpowder, firecrackers, gasoline, diesel, kerosene, alcohol (both liquid and solid), paints, camphor oil, turpentine, adhesives, perfumes, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, organic solvents, pesticides, and other chemical products listed in the "Practical Handbook of Chemical Hazards" published by the Chemical Industry Press.
3. Food items (fresh, meat products, pickled vegetables, beverage items, etc.), as well as any medications and potent poisons, anesthetics, and psychotropic substances, such as arsenic, opium, morphine, cocaine, heroin, cannabis, etc.; non-liquid powdered general food items can be shipped via EMS.
4. Items infringing on trademarks and other intellectual property rights, items prohibited from circulation or shipment by national laws, such as cultural relics, weapons, and replicas of weapons. We do not accept counterfeit brand items or any brand items that cannot provide proof of origin.
5. Animals and plants prohibited from import under the Washington Treaty must possess an export license issued by the Treaty's authority. Additionally, traditional Chinese medicine, leather products, and other items made from these animals and plants, as well as items prohibited by law or relevant authorities, require the permits stipulated by the Washington Treaty.
6. Other prohibited items for air transport include: white powder substances, liquids, goods with dangerous symbols on the outer packaging, audio-visual products without national publishers' certificates (including CDs, VCDs), knives, durians, gas-powered torches, and any goods related to the concept of "weapons" (including toys).
7. The above prohibited items apply to standard routes; liquid and powder non-hazardous chemical products can be shipped through the chemical products channel.
