3. The gasket structure allows for quick maintenance. The protective groove for the gasket prevents it from being extruded, extending its service life. The roof-shaped geometric shape enhances the gasket's ability to withstand pressure and vibration, with a long-lasting seal pressure duration and a long service life, reducing maintenance costs. The double-sealed gasket with a signal hole structure ensures that in the event of gasket damage and leakage of the medium from the primary seal, the leakage problem can be detected and addressed early through the signal hole, preventing the mixing of two heat exchange media and avoiding or reducing losses caused by medium leakage. The clip and snap-on non-stick gasket extends the service life of the gasket, allowing for quick and convenient replacement, reducing maintenance costs and downtime. The gasket, with its sealing and fixing functions separated, can still provide a sealing function in the gasket groove even if some clips or snaps that serve the fixing function fail.
4. Clamping bolt system for easy maintenance. The clamping bolt system consists of three parts: the bearing box system, bolts, and a locking system. The bearing box system allows for quick and accurate positioning of the bolts and easy tightening, while the locking system prevents the bolts from turning during tightening. All bolts are rolled and manufactured with anti-corrosion materials and lubricants, covered with a plastic outer casing, and equipped with heavy-duty hex nuts for simplified disassembly and assembly. All clamping bolts can be removed and installed from the side, facilitating the dismantling process.
5. The precise multi-point positioning system simplifies maintenance. The Omega removable plate heat exchangers utilize a precise multi-point positioning system. Models with corner holes less than 100mm in diameter feature a four-point positioning system, ensuring the plates are accurately nested around the vertical rods. Models with corner holes over 150mm in diameter have a five-point positioning system, where the plate positioning is determined by multiple metal-to-metal contact points. The upper rod's contact point prevents the plates from moving up and down, while the lower rod's contact point limits lateral movement. The multi-point positioning technology allows the plate assembly to move smoothly along the rods without resistance, making maintenance operations easy and straightforward. Additionally, it ensures accurate reassembly of the plates, precise gasket sealing, and complete reset of the assembly, thereby guaranteeing the longevity of the heat exchanger after disassembly. Moreover, plate heat exchangers with a multi-point positioning system can be easily dismantled and reassembled by a single person, even without experience, using simple tools.
