3. The gasket structure facilitates quick maintenance. The protective groove for the gasket prevents it from being extruded, thereby extending its service life. The roof-shaped geometric shape enhances the gasket's ability to withstand pressure and vibration, ensuring a long-lasting sealing pressure and a prolonged service life, which reduces maintenance costs. The double-sealed gasket with signal holes ensures that in the event of a damaged gasket and leakage of the medium from the first seal, the leakage issue can be detected and addressed early through the signal holes, preventing the mixing of two heat exchange media and avoiding or mitigating losses caused by medium leakage. Snap and push-button non-stick gaskets extend the service life of the gaskets, making replacements quick and easy, reducing maintenance costs and downtime. Due to the separation of sealing and fixing functions, even if some snap or push-button fixtures that serve the fixing function fail, the gaskets can still provide sealing within the gasket groove.

4. Clamping bolt system for easy maintenance. The clamping bolt system consists of three parts: the bearing box system, bolts, and the locking system. The bearing box system allows for quick and accurate positioning of the bolts and easy tightening, while the locking system prevents the bolts from turning during tightening. All bolts are roller-finished and coated with anti-corrosion material and lubricant, covered with a plastic sleeve, and feature heavy-duty hex nuts for simplified disassembly and assembly. All clamping bolts can be removed and installed from the side, facilitating disassembly.

5. Precise multi-point positioning system simplifies maintenance. Our OMEGA removable plate heat exchangers feature an accurate multi-point positioning system. For models with corner hole diameters of 100mm or less, the four-point positioning system allows the plates to be precisely nested around the upper and lower rods. For models with corner hole diameters over 150mm, the five-point positioning system ensures plate alignment through multiple metal-to-metal contact points, with the upper rod's contact point preventing vertical movement and the lower rod's contact point limiting lateral movement. The multi-point positioning technology allows the plate assembly to move forward and backward on the rods without resistance, making maintenance work easy and straightforward, while also ensuring accurate reassembly and precise gasket sealing, achieving a complete reset of the plate assembly, thereby guaranteeing the longevity of the heat exchanger after disassembly. Moreover, plate heat exchangers with the multi-point positioning system can be easily dismantled and reassembled by a single person, even without experience, using only simple tools.
