Application Fields

Plate heat exchanger hydraulic press is mainly used for shallow stretching and shaping processes of plate heat exchanger plates. Customizable for large-tonnage hydraulic presses ranging from 1000 to 20,000 tons.


Performance Features

1. The plate heat exchanger hydraulic press is a high-tonnage wire-wound hydraulic press, featuring an oil cylinder-mounted, downward-pressure structure. The main oil cylinder and machine frame are constructed with prestressed wire winding, offering high机身 strength, high pressure-bearing capacity, and excellent fatigue life. It is primarily used for metal sheet forming and embossing pressing processes.

2. The hydraulic control utilizes a cartridge valve integrated system, offering reliable operation, long service life, minimal hydraulic shock, and reduces the number of pipeline connections and leakage points.

3. Features centralized button control with adjustable and one-hand single-cycle operation modes.

4. Independent electrical control system, reliable operation, intuitive action, and easy maintenance.

5. The selection of operation methods allows for two molding processes: fixed course and fixed pressure, and also features functions such as pressure retention delay.

6. Work pressure and schedule are adjustable within the specified range based on the process requirements.
