Steps for Cleaning High-Pressure Hydraulic Valves
During the maintenance of super high-pressure hydraulic valves, the first step is to disassemble and clean the valves. In the actual operation of hydraulic equipment, oil contamination can lead to sedimentation or the presence of granular impurities in the hydraulic oil, both of which can cause malfunctions in super high-pressure hydraulic valves. Typically, these issues can be resolved by disassembly and cleaning, restoring the valves to their functional state. The disassembly and cleaning process for super high-pressure hydraulic valves mainly includes the following five aspects:
1. Disassembly. For super high-pressure hydraulic valves, although most components are connected by bolts, these valves are designed to be non-disassemblable. Attempting to disassemble them without specialized equipment or technical expertise can lead to damage. Therefore, before disassembly, maintenance personnel should be familiar with the valve's structure and the connection methods between components, and they should document the positions of different parts during the disassembly process.
2. Inspection and Cleaning. Check the valve body and valve core components for dirt accumulation, and remove concentrated dirt using a brush, cotton cloth, and non-metallic scraper without damaging the working surface.
3. Preliminary Cleaning. Place the valve core and body on the tray in the cleaning tank, and immerse them in heated solution. Introduce compressed air at the bottom of the cleaning槽, utilizing the agitation effect of the bubbles to wash away any remaining dirt. Ultrasonic cleaning is possible under suitable conditions.
4. Delicate cleaning: First, use a high-pressure cleaning solution for precise positioning, followed by hot air drying. Under the company's available conditions, existing fresheners can be chosen, and organic cleaning agents can also be used in special situations, such as gasoline and diesel, etc.
5. Assembly. Assemble according to the illustration of the ultra-high-pressure hydraulic valve or the recorded component assembly relationship during disassembly. Be cautious during assembly to prevent damage to the parts. For some original sealing materials, they are easily damaged during actual disassembly, so replacements should be made during assembly.
