Frame production process

Professional Equipment -- Jiangsu Oumai uses double-head flame cutting for automatic cutting, forming in one operation.

Shot Blasting Rust Removal Treatment - Jiangsu Oumai Ge completes the cutting frame, with the surface treated by high-intensity shot blasting micro-forging, effectively preventing rust, eliminating surface residual thermal stress during the cutting process, and hardening the surface. This ensures that the heat exchanger will not exhibit peeling or rusting during its operational lifespan.

Frame Plate Precision Processing - After shot blasting and rust removal, the frame undergoes precision processing to further enhance its quality and performance.

Frame panel painting -- First, apply putty to level the frame, followed by two coats of primer, then two coats of high-quality marine metal paint for coating, to achieve an optimized finished product.

The Frame Molding ---- After multiple processing steps, Jiangsu Oumai Frame completes production.
