Frame production process

Steel raw material - Jiangsu Omage selects excellent Q235 and Q345 materials to meet customer material requirements.

Professional equipment --- Jiangsu Oumage employs double-head flame cutting for one-time automatic shaping.

Shot Blasting Rust Removal Treatment - Jiangsu Oumai Ge completes the framework cutting, with the surface treated by high-intensity shot blasting and micro-forging, effectively preventing rust, eliminating surface residual thermal stress during the cutting process, and hardening the surface. This ensures that the heat exchanger will not experience peeling or rusting throughout its operational lifespan.

High-precision frame panel processing----After shot blasting to remove rust, the frame undergoes high-precision processing to further enhance its quality and performance.

Frame panel coating -- First, apply putty to level the frame, then apply two coats of primer, followed by two coats of high-quality marine paint for coating, to achieve an optimized finished product.

Frame molding ---- After undergoing multiple processing steps, Jiangsu Omage Frame completes its production.
