Conveyor guide channels are available in TD75, DTII, and DTIIA models, and are further categorized into rectangular guide channels and trumpet-shaped guide channels.

The feed guide is primarily used on DT2 series and YM96 series belt conveyors. Placing the feed guide at the feeding point of the belt conveyor allows the material falling from the hopper to concentrate at the center of the conveyor belt before reaching the belt speed, thereby containing the material from spilling outward.

The material guide trough is available in overflow skirted and fully enclosed types. If it's a fully enclosed model, it consists of three parts: the top cover, middle side panel, and bottom plate. The middle side panel is connected to the conveyor frame, serving as the fixed part. The top cover and bottom plate are respectively bolted to the side panel, allowing for easy disassembly for installation and maintenance.

The material conveying channel can be customized to meet specific customer requirements and can be divided into sections, such as a 14-meter channel which can be divided into 7 sections, each 2 meters long, with each section equipped with 4 support legs. The front and rear ends of the channel are fitted with multiple sealing plates and curtains to form a uniform pressure dust suppression system, which reduces the pressure, velocity, and settling of dust, allowing cleaner air to exit through the channel. The entire channel forms a closed structure, ensuring that dust will not spill or disperse when subjected to impact wind pressure from wind and dust eddies.
