The DTII fixed-type belt conveyor is a versatile series product, widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, power stations, building materials, chemicals, light industry, and oil. It can be used for single-machine conveying or, according to the requirements of the conveying process, multiple units can be connected to form horizontal or inclined conveying systems. It is capable of transporting various bulk materials with a loose density of 0.5-2.5 t/m³ and packaged items.

The DT type fixed belt conveyor is generally suitable for working environments with temperatures ranging from -25 to +40°C. For belt conveyors operating in special environments, if conditions such as heat resistance, cold resistance, waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and explosion-proof are required, additional protective measures can be taken accordingly.

The size of material that the conveyor can transport depends on the belt width, belt speed, trough angle, and inclination angle. When conveying hard rock, the width should generally be limited to within 350mm after exceeding 1200mm, and not increased with the belt width.
