The conveyor guide trough is available in TD75, DTII, and DTIIA models, and also comes in rectangular and trumpet-shaped designs. The material guide trough is primarily used in the DT2 series belt conveyors and YM96 series belt conveyors. By installing the guide trough at the feeding point of the belt conveyor, it allows the materials falling from the hopper to concentrate in the middle of the conveyor belt before reaching the belt speed, thereby约束物料 from spilling outwards. The material guide channel is available in two types: with anti-flooding skirt plate and fully enclosed. The fully enclosed type consists of three parts: top, middle, and bottom. The side panels are connected to the conveyor frame, forming the fixed part. The top cover and bottom plate are connected to the side panels with bolts, allowing for easy disassembly for installation and maintenance. The feed chute can be custom made according to customer specifications, and can be divided into sections, such as a 14-meter feed chute, which can be divided into 7 sections, each 2 meters long, with each section equipped with 4 support legs. The front and rear ends of the feed chute are fitted with multiple sealing baffles and curtains to form an equalizing and dust-reducing system, which reduces, slows down, and settles dust, allowing cleaner air to exit through the feed chute outlet. The entire feed chute forms a closed structure, ensuring that dust will not spill or spread when the wind and dust vortex creates impact pressure on the feed chute.
