Product Principle

The working principle of the large particle crusher: Mainly driven by a high-speed motor, various sizes of particles in the material must undergo hundreds of thousands of high-speed shearing cuts by the conical sawtooth blades of the rotor as they pass through the non-blocking crushing cavity channel. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the conical sawtooth blades, the particles are ejected to the outer side of the rotor, where they are compressed, cut at high speed, and crushed by the triangular菱形 blades between the rotor and the stator. The material particles gradually move towards the crushing and grinding area during the crushing and refinement process. Due to the strong high-speed shearing effect and high-frequency oscillation effect produced by the superimposed crushing motion, the particles in the material are continuously sheared, crushed, and ground to reach the required particle size specified by the user, after which they flow out of the pump outlet. The particle size of the material ground by the large particle crusher is generally between 0.1 to 2mm (also can be determined according to the user's requirements), and the general conveying height can reach 3 to 12 meters, with a height up to 50 meters.


Note: The supplier provides material characteristics parameters, or brings the material to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
