Product Principle

In the food industry, it is ideal for conveying blocky vegetables such as potatoes, beets, and legumes. In the environmental protection industry, it is used for conveying materials such as river sediment, silt, river sand, and stone particles, especially in applications involving high-viscosity, large-grained materials that are not damaged. The Screw Conveyer Pump is driven by an electric motor, which powers a three-dimensional spiral blade, imparting rotational energy to the volumetric material, thus pushing it forward. This combination of features makes it a hybrid of a volumetric pump and a screw pump, a product of their integration, capable of replacing screw pumps, spiral centrifugal pumps, and rotor pumps, etc.
