Product Principle
Jet-flow mixing emulsifier working principle
Adjusting the rotating impeller drives the liquid flow, which, under the action of the flow channel, generates a strong vertical liquid circulation. The liquid in the container begins to circulate as a whole, achieving macroscopic mixing. On the other hand, the high-speed rotating impeller can produce a certain degree of shear turbulence necessary for microscopic mixing. These liquids, after microscopic mixing, are dispersed to every corner of the container along with the orderly liquid flow, ensuring that all the liquid in the container is thoroughly mixed. This differs from the traditional mixing method of stirrers.
Jet-type mixed emulsifying machine design technology
When discussing blending, it's first important to differentiate between micro-mixing and macro-mixing. Micro-mixing refers to the blending of smaller particle sizes in small batches, achieving a well-dispersed mixing result. Macro-mixing can be seen as a complete blending of materials within a container without any dead spots. An ideal blend encompasses both macro and micro-mixing, which means it cannot be considered an optimized system, and vice versa.

Note: Users provide material characteristics parameters, or bring materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disk based on the medium characteristics.
