Product Features

① The combination of a solid-liquid siphon pump with a vertical emulsifying machine allows for instant homogenization of solid powders in the liquid. This process facilitates the synchronous completion of various operations such as mixing, homogenization, dispersion, emulsification, crushing, and dissolution under online closed conditions, thereby enhancing production efficiency.

② The solid-liquid siphon pump generates vacuum through high-speed rotation, which rapidly mixes and transports powder with the liquid inside the pump, preventing dust from飞扬, improving the production hygiene environment, and saving labor resources. It is suitable for liquid batching and continuous production of various solid-liquid circulation mixtures.

③ The solid-liquid siphon pump can be customized to meet the properties of the material. The stator and rotor are made of alloy stainless steel, treated with a special heat treatment process, offering wear and corrosion resistance.

 

Note: The user provides material characteristics parameters, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing. The manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disc based on the medium characteristics.
