    Everyone knows that the impeller is the core functional component of a submersible propeller, reflecting its advanced technology, materials, and performance, which directly demonstrate the propeller's cutting-edge capabilities and energy-saving efficiency.
    Traditional impeller materials have gone through stages of application such as carbon steel anti-corrosion, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys. However, these materials are not preferred for impeller use due to their high density, difficulty in shaping, and poor balance. Therefore, developing composite material impellers with low cost, good processing, low density, and strong anti-corrosion properties is a crucial technical challenge that must be overcome for submersible propellers.
    After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of impeller materials both domestically and internationally, and referring to the performance characteristics of wind turbine blade materials, we have developed a glass fiber reinforced plastic composite impeller, which features the following technical and structural characteristics:
    Our hydraulic model is cutting-edge, successfully integrating fluid mechanics, hydraulics, and propeller propulsion principles. It takes into account the specific conditions of wastewater treatment applications and leverages both domestic and international cutting-edge technologies. Through computerized condition simulation design and multiple tests and improvements, it has achieved excellent flow effect and high hydraulic efficiency.
    2. The glass fiber reinforced plastic impeller features an integrated structure and mold-forming process, revolutionizing the traditional design of separate blades and hubs with threaded connections. It introduces a novel integrated blade and hub structure, a unified design and manufacturing approach through mold-forming, ensuring high geometric center symmetry accuracy and balance. It eliminates the issues of imbalance, loosening, and vibration that can arise from the separate structure due to improper thread adjustment. It also guarantees the realization of complex surface technology, as well as zero tolerance for geometric dimensions, blade shape, and extension direction. The quality is stable, and production efficiency is high.
    3. Glass fiber reinforced plastic materials possess unparalleled advantages, with strong natural corrosion resistance, high comprehensive mechanical strength (nearly as high as steel), low water resistance, low density, and good processability, making it an ideal material for manufacturing impellers.
    4. The glass fiber reinforced plastic impeller is lightweight, with a density only one-fourth that of metal materials. This reduces the pressure on the bending moment load of the supporting structure, improves the load-bearing structure, and creates conditions for the miniaturization of the deceleration mechanism and the compact overall volume of the pump.
