The solar-powered fountain aerator features an elegant design, casting water droplets with graceful shapes, and is widely used for water purification and scenic water creation in various landscapes such as golf courses, water-scape residential areas, urban waterways, lakes, artificial ponds, and artificial rivers. The water-lifting aeration machine is also suitable for aeration ponds in the biochemical treatment processes of various industrial and domestic wastewater, ideal for large-scale aeration ponds and oxidation ponds, as well as for aeration and oxygenation in fish farming ponds.
The Solar Fountain Aerator operates directly using solar energy as its power source. It features a spiral cutting and lifting aeration impeller, which, through the rotation of the impeller, transfers anoxic water from the bottom to the water surface, where it mixes with the well-oxygenated surface water. The surface water, rich in oxygen, is then diffused horizontally and vertically into the bottom anoxic zone. This process achieves the triple effects of delamination, aeration, and vertical and horizontal circulation exchange in the water body, transferring the surface water with super-saturated dissolved oxygen to the bottom, increasing the dissolved oxygen in the lower water layer, eliminating natural stratification, and enhancing the water's self-purification capability.
How to Use and Install a Solar Fountain Aerator
1. Use and fill the gear box with 20-grade gear oil through the oil filler cap. Tighten the oil filler cap securely. After refueling, the gear box should be placed vertically; do not lie it down to prevent gear oil from leaking into the motor.
Ensure that the voltage used matches the specified voltage on the motor. Install a shock-proof device and strictly inspect for any cable damage. Connections must be secure and grounded. Ensure that the rubber washers in the junction box are tightly pressed to prevent water entry. The impeller must rotate in the direction of the arrow.
Install the oxygenator at the center of the floating barge to prevent it from rolling over during operation.
4. When the aerator is in operation, the impeller should be level with the water surface. In cases of unstable or low voltage, raise the impeller to reduce the motor load.
5. Ensure a fuse is connected to the power source, and no one should be in the water during operation. Always disconnect the power before moving an aeration machine.
When using the machine in a mud-bottom pond, the water level should be over 1 meter deep to prevent stirring up the bottom sediment during impeller operation.
