What types of load-bearing foundations are available for stainless steel water tanks?

The stainless steel water tank foundations are primarily categorized into two types: concrete foundations and steel structure foundations.

Concrete Foundation:

Concrete foundations can be further categorized into steel-concrete foundations, brick-concrete foundations, and pure concrete foundations.

Steel-concrete foundations are generally used in environments with poor ground strength, and it is recommended to adopt such foundations to enhance the strength of the foundation. The type of steel reinforcement and the thickness of the concrete layer are determined based on specific conditions.

Concrete block foundations, commonly used for roof fire water tanks, are ideal for environments requiring solid foundation. Naturally, such foundations can be selected to match the size of the tank or can be of beam type. A foundation height of 300~500mm is recommended; too high increases costs, while too low can affect the installation of water supply and drainage pipes.

Concrete Platform Foundation: Remember two points when constructing the foundation. Firstly, the foundation dimensions should be 300-500mm longer and wider than the water tank size. Secondly, ensure the foundation surface is level, with an error of 5mm or less.
