1. Construction hoists should be designed for both personnel and cargo use, and their installation and dismantling must be carried out by specialized teams with qualifications certificates issued by the construction administration authority. Operation and maintenance must be performed by professionals who have undergone professional training and obtained operation certificates.

2. Pre-job inspections of projects should meet the following requirements:

All components are structurally sound with no deformation, and the connecting bolts are securely fastened with no loosening.

2) The rack and pinion, as well as the guide wheel and guide rail, are all properly aligned.

All wire ropes in the departments are securely fastened with no abnormal wear.

Before operation, ensure that the cables and grounding wires are intact and undamaged, and that the control switches are at the zero position.

After the cable is connected, it should be checked and confirmed that the voltage is normal and there is no leakage. It should be tested and confirmed that the electrical interlock devices at each limit switch, ladder cage, guard door, etc., are reliable and effective, and the electrical instruments are sensitive and functional.

Upon startup, an unloaded lifting test should be conducted to measure the effectiveness of the braking systems of all transmission mechanisms. Only after confirmation of normal operation can the work begin.

4. During each shift, when the elevator is in operation carrying a load, the machine should be stopped to test the reliability of the brake when the cage is elevated 1 to 2 meters off the ground. If poor braking performance is detected, adjustments or repairs must be made before operation can resume.

When transporting people or goods in the ladder cage, the load should be evenly distributed and not overly heavy on one side. Overloading operation is strictly prohibited. 5.

6. Operators should operate according to the command signals. A warning sound should be given before starting work. Operators must not leave their stations until the main power switch of the elevator is turned off.

7. In the event of any abnormal conditions detected during the operation of the elevator, the machine should be immediately stopped and effective measures should be taken to lower the elevator car to the ground floor. The elevator can resume operation only after the fault is rectified.

In the event of electrical loss of control during operation, the emergency stop button should be pressed immediately; the emergency stop button must not be activated until the fault is resolved.

8. Elevators must cease operation and lower the cage to the ground, as well as shut off power, during heavy rain, dense fog, winds of level 6 or above, and when guide frames, cables, and other components are iced over.

After the storm, all safety devices of the elevator should be inspected. Only when confirmed normal may operation resume.

9. It is strictly prohibited to use the travel limit switch as a control switch to stop the elevator when ascending or descending to the upper or lower level.

When the elevator stops during operation due to power outages or other reasons, it can be manually lowered. Simply release the manual release handle at the motor end's electromagnetic brake and gently pull it outwards to allow the cage to descend slowly.
