The growth of mobile elevating platforms is at a peak, as most manufacturers or individuals opt for multi-story buildings to maximize space utilization. Elevating platforms are primarily used for high-altitude cargo transportation in factories, warehouses, parking lots, docks, construction sites, and logistics. Due to the high cost and low load-bearing capacity of conventional elevators, they are not suitable for transporting loads of several dozen or even hundreds of tons. Therefore, high-load-bearing hydraulic elevators have been developed to assist in production and cargo transportation. These elevators are not only safe but also have exceptional load-bearing capabilities, and they are easy to maintain, contributing to the rapid development of this specialized industry.     Introduction: Primarily used for transporting goods between floors in low-rise buildings, it boasts a sturdy structure, high load capacity, smooth lifting, and easy installation and maintenance. It can be customized with different configurations based on the client's on-site environment, achieving optimal performance. Mainly used for lifting goods in workshops, warehouses, and various work platforms: it is an ideal goods transportation equipment for low-rise buildings, such as multi-story parking garages and underground parking garages, serving as an economical alternative to elevators for lifting vehicles between floors.

    Hydraulic pressure is generated by the impeller pump, which passes through an oil filter, an explosion-proof solenoid directional valve, a throttle valve, a hydraulic check valve, and a balance valve before entering the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder. This causes the cylinder's piston to move upwards, lifting heavy loads. The oil from the upper end of the cylinder returns to the oil tank via the explosion-proof solenoid directional valve. The rated pressure is adjusted through a pressure relief valve, and the pressure readings are observed via a pressure gauge. The hydraulic lift platform operates primarily through the pressure transmission of hydraulic oil to achieve the lifting and lowering function of the bridge. Its scissor mechanical structure ensures high stability during lifting. The spacious working platform and high load-bearing capacity allow for a wider range of high-altitude operations and accommodate multiple people working simultaneously. This enhances the efficiency of high-altitude work and provides greater safety assurance.

    Hoists are versatile lifting equipment that can be classified into fixed and mobile types, including rail, articulated, scissor, chain, loading and unloading platforms, etc. Hoists are commonly used for rescue operations and renovations, where the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves downward (i.e., lifting heavy objects).The oil flows into the top of the hydraulic cylinder through a flameproof solenoid directional valve, and the oil returning from the bottom of the cylinder passes through a balance valve, a hydraulic check valve, a throttle valve, and a flameproof solenoid directional valve before returning to the oil tank. To ensure smooth descent of the heavy load and reliable braking safety, a balance valve and a balance circuit are set in the return line to maintain pressure, thus keeping the descent speed unaffected by the weight of the load. The flow rate (unit: cubic meters per second) is regulated by the throttle valve to control the lifting and lowering speed.
