Overview
This welding torch is specifically designed for TIG welding of pipes and is suitable for general pipe automation welding. It can weld various pipe joints such as carbon steel and stainless steel. It offers options for flux cored or self-fusing welding methods. It can be equipped with an integrated wire feeder or an external wire feeder, and features arc length and lateral swing functions. It is compatible with MK400 or MK200 programmable welding power sources, enabling precise full-position TIG pipe welding with high reproducibility and ideal welding results. It is primarily used in industries such as chemicals, food, engineering installation, boilers, and nuclear power.

Process Features
This full-position automatic tube tube welding gun can weld carbon steel, stainless steel, and various tube joints. It offers options for welding using self-blocking or adding filler wire. It is compatible with MK200 or MK400 programmable welding power sources. Equipped with an arc length tracking system and a horizontal wire feeding mechanism.
The main structure consists of three major parts: the rotation system, the clamp device, and the transmission system.
The head section is mainly made of aluminum, featuring a lightweight structure. The clamp-style mounting allows for adjustable fitting to various pipe diameters.
Utilizes a gapless gear drive design for smooth rotation, low moment of inertia, and operates efficiently in high-temperature environments without any jamming issues.
Electrical arc length transverse swing design, suitable for multi-pass welding process requirements.
Welding of pipes made from medium to thick-walled carbon steel and stainless steel materials.
Gun head with recirculating water cooling, long continuous working time.
Self-fusing and wire welding method
Broadly applied in-site installation for pipe fittings, pipe elbows, and various types of joints.
Integrated unit feeding machine included.
