The Guanguan automatic welding machine stands out from other welding machines, as its functionality and applications extend beyond mere welding. It boasts rapid heat speed and high efficiency, with the unique characteristic of instantly melting any metal. Not only is it suitable for welding various metal materials, but it can also be used in processes such as heat conduction, smelting, and heat treatment. It is applicable to heat treatment quenching, annealing, metal hot forging, molding, and welding.
Welding Techniques and Principles
1. The welding electrode strengthens the workpiece, emitting an initial bright light before the workpiece is fully in contact.
2. As the workpieces, clamped by the welding electrode, gradually approach each other, with the increase in current density, the contact area between the workpieces begins to melt, with some molten metal spilling out to form the initial welding nodes.
Welding areas are heating up, with welding speeds accelerating.
4. Achieve thorough welding on both contact surfaces with a glossy and spatter-free finish.
5. Casting under high pressure, intercepting current, and completing welding.
III. Issues to Be Mindful of When Applying in China
(1) The automatic welding machine, "GuanGuan," should be securely grounded or zero-connected after the indoor and rainproof workshop is properly arranged. In the case of parallel equipment for the welding machine, the distance between them must be less than 3 meters. The power grid with different phase connections must be separated, and circuit breakers should be set up separately.
Prior to welding, the welding machine's pressure organization should be sensitive, the clamps should be sturdy, and there should be no leaks in the gas-hoist hydraulic system, which should be discussed and recognized.
Prior to welding, the secondary pressure should be adjusted according to the cross-section of the welding reinforcement, and it is prohibited to weld reinforcement exceeding the diameter of the welding machine.
(4) The war points of circuit breakers must be timely ground, and the electrodes need to be polished on time. The bolts connecting the secondary circuit must be tightened on schedule. The cooling water temperature must not exceed 40°, and the drainage volume should be adjusted according to the temperature.
(5) When welding longer reinforcing bars, a support bracket should be set up.
In the bright area, set up barriers; welding personnel are prohibited from entering.
During winter welding, the temperature should not fall below 8°.
Routine Basic Maintenance Operations
After equipment usage, immediately inspect the attachments, clean the oil stains from the equipment, and ensure that the storage area is kept clean and organized.
2. Conduct timely equipment inspections and repairs, replenish lubricants, and ensure that hydraulic oil exceeds the oil level by 20-30mm without discoloration, bubbles, or degradation.
3. For equipment that is not fully utilized, timely operation and component inspections should be conducted to ensure integrity.
