Features and Applications

The automatic welding machine differs from other welding machines, as it is not only used for welding but also boasts fast heat speed and high efficiency, with the ability to instantly melt any metal. It is not only suitable for welding various metal materials but also for processes such as heat conduction, smelting, and heat treatment. It is applicable to heat treatment quenching, annealing, metal hot forging, molding, and welding.


Welding Techniques and Principles

Welding electrodes enhance workpieces, with a basic bright glow when the workpieces are not fully in contact.

Points to Consider in Application Requirements

1. Automatic welding machines should be securely grounded or zero-connected after being allocated indoors and in rainproof workshops. In the case of parallel connection of a welding machine and auxiliary equipment, the distance between them should be less than 3 meters, and the power grid with different phase connections must be isolated, as well as the circuit breakers set apart.

2. Prior to welding, the welding machine's pressure organization should be sensitive, the fixtures must be secure, and there should be no leaks in the gas-hoist hydraulic system, which should be discussed and recognized.

Before welding, adjust the secondary pressure according to the cross-section of the welding reinforcement, and do not weld steel bars exceeding the diameter of the welding machine.

4. Breaker war points and electrical contacts must be polished on schedule, and the bolts of the secondary circuit connections must be tightened as required. The cooling water temperature must not exceed 40°, and the discharge volume should be adjusted according to the temperature.

When welding longer reinforcing bars, a support bracket should be installed.

6. Panels are set up in bright areas; no welders or operators are allowed entry.

During winter welding, temperatures should not drop below 8°.


Routine basic maintenance operations

After equipment application, check accessories immediately, clean equipment oil stains, and ensure that the storage area is cleared and arranged in a specific direction.

2. Regularly inspect and repair equipment, replenish lubricant, and ensure that the gear oil exceeds the oil level by 20-30mm, with the oil remaining unchanged in color, free of bubbles, and without growth.

3. For equipment that is not in use due to excessive numbers, timely operation checks and component inspections should be conducted to ensure completeness. A special reminder to users is to perform regular cleaning and maintenance on the pipe automatic welding machine during daily applications, as welding splatter is inevitable and can accumulate on the equipment, affecting subsequent operations and the precision of the welds if not cleaned regularly.
