Fully automatic TIG welding design for specialized pipes and tube plates, suitable for automatic tube plate welding in high and low-pressure vessels, furnace unloading, heat exchangers, etc. Capable of welding titanium alloys, stainless steel, carbon steel, and other materials. Welding methods include pipe flat-end, pipe extension welding, wire addition welding, and self-fusing welding without wire addition. Features include fast welding speed, aesthetically pleasing welds, and high weld quality. Standard with a 400 welding power supply for use. Welding range for pipe fittings is Φ16 to Φ76, and both pipe flat welding and pipe extension angle welding can be completed. Mainly used in industries such as boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, food processing, power plants, and more.

Process Features

Hollow cup DC, high-performance encoder with precise counting, utilizing three-jaw and pneumatic mandrel positioning. The gun body features an automatic wire feeding structure, enabling both filled and unfilled wire welding. The wire spool uses a 1Kg spool, with tungsten electrodes available in standard diameters from Φ2.0 to Φ3.2. Welding cooling water, shielding gas, conductivity, and wire feeding all incorporate tangle-free designs for easy operation, lightweight, and compact size.
