1. Rotate the handwheel to elevate the specimen holder to a high position, then turn the handwheel to stop the handle from rotating and simultaneously lock both the specimen holder and the handwheel.

Step 2: Remove the cutting blade directly from the holder, wipe it clean, and place it inside the blade box.

Remove the specimen directly from the specimen holder.
