It can be made into an airtight vacuum type and integrated with other vessel equipment to achieve automated production systems. The equipment has minimal air entrapment during mixing and dispersing, allowing materials to disperse and dissolve quickly, with finer particles and well-mixed without any dead spots, making cleaning convenient.

Operating Principle

By the high-speed rotation of the dispersing disk, the material forms a circular flow, generating a strong vortex, spiraling down to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shearing, collision, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification.
